Mergers & Acquisitions of All Sizes

Our attorneys regularly advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, asset sales, structuring of spin-offs, and other divestitures. We counsel purchasers and sellers in all transactions—from small, local acquisitions to multistate, multimillion-dollar transactions. In addition, we counsel clients on business entity formation. In connection with any such transactions, we advise our clients not only on the corporate law issues, but also on tax considerations and other relevant issues.
