About Rodion
Rodion Lerman is a corporate lawyer who advises corporate clients with respect to transactional, corporate governance and U.S. law compliance matters. He counsels clients in the formation of business entities, negotiation of capital-raising transactions, compliance with securities laws, initiation of crowdfunding campaigns and Regulation A offerings. He also drafts and negotiates contracts, prepares corporate governance documents and legal and regulatory disclosures and filings.
