Lisa has extensive knowledge of intercreditor issues and other areas that impact financings, including cross-border issues, specialized collateral (such as healthcare and intellectual property) and foreign situated collateral.

Lisa’s impact goes way beyond her work. Lisa’s contributions to the firm are immeasurable. She is a mentor to many, a champion and face of the firm’s internal connectivity committee (“Farrell FISH”), and an advocate for women advancing at the firm. She has been involved with various women’s organizations, taking many female attorneys under her wing and making introductions/paving the way for them. Prior to the pandemic, Lisa (along with 3 other female attorneys at FF) co-founded a real estate professional women’s group to promote networking and collaboration. They brought together people with all different backgrounds connected with real estate.
Always an advocate for community organizations, Lisa has been involved as a part of several boards and committees. She is a true champion of the firm’s charitable efforts, leading various drives and initiatives, including a Dress for Success campaign this year yielding a significant contribution to help women looking for opportunities to advance their careers.
