About Stephen
Stephen F. Melore is a corporate attorney focusing on mergers and acquisitions and business counsel for businesses, lenders and investors in the Middle Market. Stephen advises businesses and principals in complex business transactions, including secured lending, across diverse markets and industry segments. He also counsels owners of closely held business in connection with corporate governance, buy-sell agreements, and succession planning. Steve is frequently engaged to negotiate and document settlements of complex business disputes. After graduating Cornell Law School in 1987, where he was an Editor of the Law Review, Steve joined Rogers & Wells (now Clifford Chance) where he practiced M&A and secured lending.
