About Stacey
Stacey L. Goldstein focuses her practice on the representation of various healthcare providers, including hospitals, long-term care providers, physician practices, assisted living residences, and other healthcare entities with transactional, regulatory and compliance matters. Stacey also represents businesses in connection with general corporate matters, commercial real estate, commercial leasing and loan transactions. She provides counsel to a vast array of for-profit, not-for-profit and tax-exempt entities. Her transactional experience includes negotiating and closing complex real estate transactions including ground leases, retail leases and nursing home sales. She also assists captive professional corporations with respect to formation and securing tax-exempt status.
Since 2012, Stacey has served as town attorney for the Town of Pittstown. She represents and advises the town board on matters pertaining to real estate, title, municipal law and municipal finance.
Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, Stacey was counsel at Rivkin Radler LLP.
