Farrell Fritz Receives Top Large Law Firm Pro Bono Award

On March 13, 2023, Farrell Fritz, P.C., was honored as a top pro bono provider at the Pro Bono Recognition Event hosted by the Safe Center (Long Island), the Nassau County Bar Association and Nassau Suffolk Law Services. During the event, which was attended by Jana Schwartz, Jennifer Stacchini, and James Maguire, the firm was recognized for its significant contributions to the Volunteer Lawyers Program during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Volunteer Lawyers Program is designed to provide legal services to unrepresented low-income constituents who would not otherwise have access to legal help, financial resources or assistance in navigating housing matters. During the award ceremony, Roberta Scoll, Esq. from the Nassau Suffolk Law Services described pro bono work as an important part of the DNA of Farrell Fritz, and how attorneys at the firm have provided meaningful resources and advocacy to help disenfranchised residents of Nassau County during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Several Farrell Fritz attorneys received certificates for their contributions to the Volunteer Lawyers Program, including Becky Baek, Viktoriya Liberchuk, James Maguire, and Kevin Mulry.
