About Viktoriya

Viktoriya Liberchuk is a commercial litigator who represents individuals and businesses in state and federal court. Her practice also involves litigating commercial insurance coverage matters. Viktoriya conducts depositions and appears before judges for oral argument and pretrial conferences. She also drafts motions, including dispositive motions and applications for emergency injunctive relief. Viktoriya is a frequent contributor to Farrell Fritz’s New York Commercial Division Practice blog.

Viktoriya is knowledgeable with the complexities involved in corporate immigration law. She has experience representing clients in a wide variety of employment-based immigration matters.

Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, Viktoriya represented insurers in first-party property disputes. She co-authored the recurring article, Recent Developments in Property Insurance Law, for the Annual Survey of the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal.

Viktoriya is a fluent Russian speaker.
