Commercial Litigation
The Farrell Fritz commercial litigation team is known for resolving sophisticated disputes for leading corporations. Our litigators defend clients when issues arise under federal and state statutes, as well as in matters involving general principles of contract and business law. Our litigation team represents clients in partnership and shareholder disputes and to prosecute and defend restrictive covenants, including non-compete agreements. We also litigate claims for breach of contract, business torts, antitrust, unfair competition, and trade secret misappropriation, among other mission-critical disputes.
Clients are able to take advantage of unique insights into the workings of the judicial system because our team includes former prosecutors and judicial law clerks. With a proven track record of eliminating controversy, we strive to meet our client’s short- and long-term goals using pre-litigation counseling, alternative dispute resolution, trials, and appeals. Regardless of the method, we know that understanding our clients’ business strategies is paramount to achieving desired outcomes.
We work collaboratively with our clients and draw upon our many experiences to provide bespoke solutions to properly handle the matter at hand.
