About Jana
Jana Schwartz assists in the representation of employers in all aspects of employment litigation, arbitration, and mediation, including matters arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the New York Human Rights Law, and the New York Labor Law. Additionally, Jana drafts and reviews employee handbooks, personnel policies, employment agreements and separation agreements.
Jana was previously a law clerk and summer associate at the firm. She was also a law clerk at Gustafson Gervasi Law Office, LLC and a judicial intern for the Honorable Erik P. Christian, District of Columbia Superior Court.
While in law school, Jana was a member of The George Washington International Law Review and an editor of the International Law Review Guide to Legal Research.
