About Becky

Becky (Hyun Jeong) Baek is a commercial litigator who represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitration/mediation forums. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes in areas including real estate, partnership and shareholder disputes, and general business torts and contract disputes.

Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, Becky was a commercial litigation associate at Goetz Fitzpatrick LLP whose practice concentrated on real estate litigation, construction litigation, and Copyright and Lanham Act claims.

Before law school, Becky spent several years in the non-profit sector providing access to quality educational supplements focusing on financial literacy, workforce readiness and entrepreneurship to K-12 students across New York City.
