Jason Little & the Cannabis Group Helps Client Obtain CAURD License

Farrell Fritz is pleased to announce that Jason Little, head of the Cannabis Group, successfully helped facilitate our client, Central Apothecary LLC, to obtain a CAURD (Conditional Adult-Use Retail Dispensary) license from the New York State Cannabis Control Board. Last month more than 200 retail CAURD licenses were approved, including 28 in the Capital Region. “There is now plenty of work to do and we will continue to help set this business up in compliance with the regulations.” said Little.
