Charlotte A. Biblow is a partner at Farrell Fritz and leads the firm’s environmental practice group. Biblow represents corporations and individuals in transactions involving environmental
due diligence, permits, audits, and regulatory compliance. She advises clients on remediating environmentally impacted properties, such as brownfields, Superfund sites and petroleum
contamination sites.
Biblow counsels real estate developers, business owners and municipalities regarding land use and environmental/SEQRA issues. She has been lead trial counsel in jury and nonjury trials in federal
and state courts and before administrative agencies. Environmental law is constantly changing, Biblow said.
