Ted A. Berkowitz Serves on American Bankruptcy Institute’s Health Care Triage 2009 Advisory Board

Ted A. Berkowitz, a partner in Farrell Fritz, P.C.’s healthcare restructuring practice group, is serving as an advisory board member for the Health Care Triage 2009 Conference. The current economic downturn has led to a wave of healthcare bankruptcies throughout the United States. The conference will focus on the impact of the financial crisis on financing for the healthcare industry, investment opportunities, and in-court and out-of-court restructuring. The conference will be held Friday, June 26, 2009 at Loyola University, Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy (Chicago, IL).
Mr. Berkowitz also lectured on Healthcare Coast to Coast: A Cross-Country Examination of Current Trends in Health Care at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Winter Leadership Conference held in Tucson, AZ in December 2008.
