A trusts and estates partner at Uniondale-based Farrell Fritz, Eric Kramer concentrates his practice in sophisticated estate tax planning. This includes estate tax planning for high-net-worth families and individuals; preparation of prenuptial agreements, wills and trusts; administration of estates; and representation of clients before federal and New York State taxing authorities. He also advises clients on business succession planning, including tax implications of the various methods of transfer. Kramer was appointed to the council of overseers for the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts.
