Jason A. Little, a partner in the firm’s Albany office, is a business litigator and corporate counselor who advises businesses, including institutional automotive and equipment finance companies, as well as entrepreneurs, on structuring, expanding, forming, selling, and dissolving business entities and partnerships. Jason also leads the firm’s Cannabis practice and handles all aspects of commercial, business, and bankruptcy litigation for his clients, from inception through trial.
Alexander Powhida, counsel in the firm’s Albany office, is an experienced commercial litigator who represents clients in a wide range of matters, including commercial tort, employment, construction, real estate, and other commercial disputes.
