Jordan S. Linn Appointed to the Advisory Board of the Holocaust Memorial & Tolerance Center of Nassau County

July 14, 2009

Farrell Fritz is pleased to announce that Jordan S. Linn, an associate in the firm’s trusts and estates department, has recently been appointed to the advisory board of the Holocaust Memorial and Tolerance Center of Nassau County.

Jordan became involved with the Center as a result of his strong belief in its mission – using the appalling story of the Holocaust to teach modern-day lessons in tolerance. He considers this to be an especially important and timely lesson for our schools, workplaces and communities. Jordan also serves on the committee organizing the Center’s first golf outing.

Jordan concentrates his practice in estate planning and administration. He focuses upon structuring and implementing sophisticated gift, estate and generation-skipping tax planning techniques and the representation of fiduciaries in the probate and administration of estates and trusts.

The Center seeks to promote an awareness and understanding of the tragic lessons of the Holocaust, to engender a commitment to actively resist discrimination and intolerance, and to nurture respect for the uniqueness of every human being in order to better enable people to live together in peace and harmony.
