Farrell Fritz Elevates Five Attorneys to Partner

Farrell Fritz is pleased to announce the promotion of John C. Armentano, Azriel J. Baer, Peter J. Sluka, Lisa M. Vaccaro and Irene A. Zoupaniotis to partner effective January 1, 2023.

John C. Armentano, a St. James, NY, resident, is a land use and municipal litigation attorney. He earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, his M.S. from Long Island University and his B.A. from College of the Holy Cross.

Azriel J. Baer, a Plainview, NY, resident, is a trusts and estates attorney. He earned his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Rutgers University.

Peter J. Sluka, a Rockville Centre, NY, resident, is a commercial litigation and business divorce attorney. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.S. from Fordham University.

Lisa M. Vaccaro, a Farmingdale, NY, resident, is a commercial finance and banking attorney. She earned her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and her B.A. from Hofstra University.

Irene A. Zoupaniotis, an Astoria, NY, resident, is a labor and employment attorney. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Hofstra University School of Law, her B.A. from the William E. Macaulay Honors College at Queens College, and her LL.M. from Columbia Law School.
