David Goldstein’s practice is focused on a broad range of domestic and international estate planning and tax matters, including the establishment of cross-border trusts, multi-jurisdictional estate tax planning, pre-immigration and expatriation planning and trust and estate administration. David also concentrates on charitable gift planning and the creation and administration of private foundations.
David’s extensive background and expertise in advising ultra high-net-worth individuals and their families enables him to develop sophisticated and customized planning strategies for clients.
Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, David was a member of the Private Client Group at Shearman & Sterling. He has published extensive thought leadership on trusts and estates topics, and he was a frequent contributor to Shearman’s estate planning advisories and updates.
