Farrell Fritz trusts and estates attorneys Tricia Marcin and Frank Santoro, will be speaking on Sunday, November 6, during the 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. session.

‘Til Death or Divorce Do Us Part: Consequences of marital agreements on estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation. This panel session will look at the relationship between matrimonial and trusts and estates law. You will learn what matrimonial attorneys should know about trusts and estates law to properly draft matrimonial agreements, what trusts and estates attorneys should know about matrimonial law to properly draft estate plans, tax implications and litigation as a result of improperly drafted matrimonial agreements.

Tricia and Frank will be speaking with Mary Ann Aiello, Esq., Mary Ann Aiello, P.C. and Les Martin, Esq., Law Offices of Les Martin.

The entire day qualifies for 7 practice area transitional CLE credits. No partial credit will be awarded. This weekend program is designed to provide up to 16 credits for both newly admitted and veteran attorneys. Attendance at the entire weekend will provide 3 ethics, 6 skills and 7 practice credits. St. John’s School of Law has been certified by the NYS CLE Board as an Accredited Provider of CLE in the State of New York.

Sunday mass will be celebrated at 5:30 p.m. at St. Thomas More Church on the Queens Campus. All are welcome.
