Lou Vlahos is giving a presentation to the Nassau County Bar Association’s Real Estate Committee on Wednesday, February 15th, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. He will be talking on the topic of Foreign Investment in U.S. Real Property: An Introduction to Income, Estate and Gift Tax Considerations. The only cost is $30 if CLE credit is desired by the attendee.
