Historically, claims of religious discrimination lagged behind those of sex, race, and other protected categories. In the last few years, claims of religious discrimination have hit an all-time high. During this session, you will practice engaging in the interactive dialogue the law demands and sift through thorny issues that challenge business owners on a daily basis.
