Description:
This CLE course is designed to address the current status of construction industry fraud MWBE investigations and prosecutions. Attorneys representing construction companies, real estate developers and public entities in both civil and criminal contexts will find this course useful and informative. This program is being held in conjunction with the Nassau Academy of Law. Please note that NAL registration fees will apply.
