John R. Morken, trusts and estates partner, will be presenting. This seminar will provide an overview of estate litigation, including probate contests, creditors’ claims, discovery proceedings, accountings, and commercial litigation in the Surrogate’s Courts. Ethical considerations will also be presented. Ethics in representing multiple fiduciaries, and conflicts where fiduciaries themselves may have divided loyalties will be discussed.

Lunch will be served promptly at 12:00 noon; seminar immediately following 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.
