Allison Gatoff is a trusts and estates attorney representing fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and distributees in all phases of the administration of trusts and estates, as well as contested trusts and estates related matters in Surrogate’s Court and New York State Supreme Court. Allison also regularly prepares comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and other advance directives.
Sharing her experience and knowledge of trusts and estates law, Allison taught Estates, Trusts, and Wills programming for the Paralegal Studies Certificate Program at Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Deane School of Law. She has also presented on trusts and estates topics before the New York State Bar Association.
Before joining the firm, Allison was an associate at a regional full-service law firm and a boutique law firm concentrating in trusts and estates.
