Estate Litigation partner, Eric W. Penzer, will be speaking on the panel “Litigating the Future: Capacity, Conflict, and the Courts” at the New York State Bar Association Trusts & Estates Law Section 2026 Spring Meeting.
The panel will be a focused discussion on litigation hot spots—diminished capacity, undue influence, fiduciary breach, and non-probate transfers—with real-world stories and judicial insight into emerging courtroom dynamics.
Estate Litigation partner Edward D. Baker will also attend the Spring Meeting, where he is serving as Co-Chair of the Trusts & Estates Law Section.
