Farrell Fritz is proud to announce that partner Michael P. Guerriero has been recognized by the New York Real Estate Journal as one of its 2025 Innovators in Commercial Real Estate (CRE). This annual distinction highlights forward-thinking professionals who are shaping the future of real estate through leadership, creativity, and innovation.
Michael is a partner in the firm’s Real Property Tax Certiorari & Condemnation Law Practice Group, where he serves as both a property tax attorney and strategic valuation consultant. His practice focuses on complex commercial property taxation disputes, valuation law, and related litigation across New York and beyond.
“Real estate is always evolving, and our priorities are shifting too. The once-thriving business corridors of my hometown, like Melville in Huntington, have been reshaped by hybrid and dispersed workforces—forcing us to rethink planning,” Michael told the NYREJ. “I also see firsthand, through my work with a regional public utility, how our energy infrastructure must evolve to meet changing real estate needs, support housing growth, and power future technologies.”
The New York Real Estate Journal’s Innovators in CRE series honors professionals who are redefining the industry through innovation, problem-solving, and results-driven approaches in development, investment, and advisory roles.
