Bret Cahn is a trusts and estates and Article 81 guardianship litigator representing individuals and families across New York. He earned his J.D. from New York Law School and his B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Bret practices out of the New York City office.
Allison A. Gatoff is a trusts and estates attorney representing fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and distributees in all phases of the administration of trusts and estates. She earned her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and her B.S. from East Carolina University. Allison practices out of the Uniondale office.
Viktoriya Liberchuk is a commercial litigator representing middle market businesses in state and federal court. She earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and her B.S from Baruch College City University of New York. Viktoriya practices out of the Uniondale office.

Colleen Spain is a tax lawyer advising individuals, businesses, and not-for-profit organizations on a broad range of federal, state, and local tax issues.
