Maria Johnson Joins Farrell Fritz’s Estate Litigation Group as Counsel

Farrell Fritz is pleased to welcome Maria Johnson to its Uniondale office as counsel in the Estate Litigation group.
Maria is an accomplished trusts and estates attorney with extensive experience in estate administration, litigation, and planning. Maria handles will contests, contested accounting, probate and administration proceedings, settlement matters, and is also qualified to serve as Guardian Ad Litem in Surrogate’s Court proceedings.
Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, Maria worked at New York area law firms, where she handled all aspects of trust and estate litigation and administration. Before becoming a licensed attorney, Maria was a paralegal at an AmLaw 100 firm where she worked on trusts and estates matters.
Earning her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law, Maria is a member of both the New York State Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association.
