Peter J. Sluka represents a broad range of individuals and entities in all phases of complex commercial litigation, corporate governance disputes, securities matters, and regulatory investigations. Peter has successfully represented prominent businesses and individuals from all industries in cases involving directors’ fiduciary duties, valuation of level 3 assets, material misrepresentations, and shareholders’ rights. He regularly practices in New York State and Federal courts.
Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, Peter was an associate at Schlam Stone & Dolan LLP, where his practice focused on complex civil litigation. He clerked for Hon. Joanna Seybert in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York.
While a law student at St. John’s University School of Law, Peter served as Associate Managing Editor and Executive Articles Manager of the St. John’s Law Review.
