About Allison
Allison A. Gatoff devotes her practice to the area of trusts and estates. She advises fiduciaries, beneficiaries and distributees in all phases of the administration of trusts and estates, as well as litigated trusts and estates related matters in Surrogate’s Court and the Supreme Court. Allison’s practice also regularly includes the preparation of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and other advance directives.
Allison is a lecturer for the Estates, Trusts and Wills course for the Paralegal Studies Certificate Program at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
She was previously an associate at Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP and McCoyd, Parkas & Ronan LLP.
While at Hofstra Law School, Allison was the Associate Editor of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal.
