Frank T. Santoro
Frank T. Santoro is an associate in our trusts and estates department, concentrating in trusts and estates litigation. He represents clients in Surrogate's Court throughout the Metropolitan area in probate contests, contested accounting proceedings, discovery proceedings, and other miscellaneous proceedings, and in actions and proceedings in Supreme Court and federal court relating to trusts and estates. He is a contributor to Farrell Fritz's New York Trusts & Estates Litigation blog.
Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, Mr. Santoro concentrated his practice in litigation. He was an associate at Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman and Dicker, LLP.
Mr. Santoro graduated in 2001 from Brooklyn Law School. He received his B. A. in History from Binghamton University in 1996.
Mr. Santoro is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York.
