Frank T. Santoro of Farrell Fritz to Receive The Queens Courier’s “Rising Star” Award

Frank T. Santoro, an attorney in Farrell Fritz’s trusts and estates department, has been selected by The Queens Courier as a “Rising Star” award recipient for his outstanding leadership skills in the legal and business communities. He will be honored at a reception at Citi Field on Thursday, January 31, 2013 beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Mr. Santoro, a Forest Hills, NY resident, concentrates his practice in estate litigation. He does a significant amount of public speaking, has published several articles and frequently contributes to the firm’s NY Trusts & Estates Litigation blog. He is an active member of the firm’s Queens Committee. Since its founding in 2004, Mr. Santoro has been an active volunteer and financial supporter of Lauren’s First & Goal, a not-for-profit organization that provides support to families living with pediatric cancer. He has recently become involved with the Queens Botanical Garden.

Lou Vlahos, the Queens Committee’s chair, comments, “What sets Frank apart is his character. To say he is intelligent, dedicated, compassionate and deeply respected is true, but hardly captures Frank’s nature. He is the type of man who makes those around him better for having known him, never seeking the limelight for his contributions or accomplishments.”

Mr. Santoro earned his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. degree from Binghamton University.
