Viktoriya Liberchuk Returns to Farrell Fritz as an Associate

Farrell Fritz is pleased to welcome Viktoriya Liberchuk, as a returning associate.
Having previously worked at a New York area boutique litigation firm, Viktoriya is returning to Farrell Fritz to the firm’s commercial litigation practice group. As a commercial litigator who represents individuals and businesses in state and federal court, Viktoriya’s practice also involves litigating commercial insurance coverage matters. Experienced with the complexities involved in corporate immigration law, she also has experience representing clients in a wide variety of employment-based immigration matters.
Viktoriya is a member of the New York State Bar Association and was recently named Secretary of the Commercial and Federal Section of the NYSBA for 2024 – 2025.
She is a frequent contributor to the firm’s New York Commercial Division Practice blog.
Viktoriya earned her Juris Doctorate from the St. John’s University School of Law and received her Bachelor degree in Psychology from Baruch College.
