Thomas Daly is a commercial litigator. He works with the commercial litigation team to develop strategies that align with client business objectives and protect client interests across all phases of a complex commercial dispute.
Before joining Farrell Fritz, Thomas was an associate at a high-volume litigation practice in Lower Manhattan, where he managed defense strategy in a wide range of civil actions and built extensive courtroom experience. He has taken and defended a substantial number of depositions, handled complex motion practice, and assisted with jury selection and trial presentation. He has also represented clients at mediation, court-supervised settlement conferences, and before New York’s appellate divisions.
In law school, Thomas served on the executive board of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal and as a research assistant in the Center for Corporate Law and Governance. He also interned with an employment litigation firm and a county prosecutor’s office, and in the chambers of a Magistrate Judge in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Before law school, Thomas worked as a data analyst for a labor and employment defense firm, where he supported attorneys defending against federal audit and investigation.
