The Risk of Using Generative AI: Did You Waive Your Attorney-Client Privilege?
Isaiah Dickerson is a commercial litigation attorney who works with clients to resolve complex commercial disputes, such as breach of contract and fiduciary duty, and shareholder matters. Isaiah supports clients throughout all phases of litigation, from conducting legal research and assisting with discovery to preparing documents that support case strategy and trial preparation.
Before joining the firm, Isaiah worked with the New York City Department of Education as a substitute teacher for grades K-8, where he managed classrooms and created learning environments that encouraged student participation. This experience developed his communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, which he brings to his work in commercial litigation.
Isaiah was a summer associate and law clerk at the firm prior to graduating from law school.
