
Ilana Hoffman is a commercial litigator advising clients on business disputes. Ilana counsels individuals and businesses on legal rights, case strategy, and risk assessments involving business and real estate disputes. She works with the firm’s litigation team across all phases of litigation, including legal research, due diligence, discovery, case analysis, documentation, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, Ilana was a litigation associate at a general practice firm based in Maryland, where she handled complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. Her experience includes business and real estate litigation, appellate work, motions practice, mediation, and arbitration.
While in law school, Ilana served as an article’s editor on Administrative Law Review, and worked as a research assistant analyzing federal and state statutes and case law on criminal law issues. During college, she was a legal intern to the Undergraduate Student Legal Aid Office at the University of Maryland.
