Cheryl A. Kraus will be moderating the panel “Understanding Medical Aid in Dying (MAID) within the End-of-Life Continuum of Care” at the Westchester Women’s Bar Association.
This program will present an overview of New York’s new Medical Aid in Dying statute and proposed regulations, along with various medical, legal and ethical issues surrounding the legislation.
