Cheryl A. Kraus Recognized in the City & State 2025 Who’s Who in Government Relations
Farrell Fritz is proud to announce that Cheryl A. Kraus has been recognized in City & State 2026 Who’s Who in Government Relations, an annual list honoring influential leaders in public policy and government affairs.
Based in the firm’s Albany office, Kraus is a seasoned attorney and policy strategist with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare law and government relations. She has played a key role in advancing initiatives to expand access to palliative care, disability services, and substance use treatment across New York.
Her work includes helping shape legislation to modernize the state’s serious illness care program and supporting efforts to advance the Medical Aid in Dying Act. Kraus has also advocated for increased early intervention funding, expanded Medicaid coverage for therapies for young people with disabilities, and improved access to pharmacy services statewide.
Krause regularly represents clients before the New York State Executive Chamber, Legislature, and regulatory agencies, guiding complex policy and legislative strategies.
