Robert M. Harper will be presenting at the Suffolk Academy of Law program “Probating Lost or Destroyed Wills, and Proving Lost Trust.”
This interactive program will educate Surrogate’s Court practitioners about probating a lost or destroyed will. This program will familiarize participants with the applicable statutes, case law and issues that can arise when a will is lost or destroyed. The program will also touch upon lost trusts.
