Azriel J. Baer will be presenting at the New York State Bar Association’s NY Trusts 101 – Spring 2024 on the panel “Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts & Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts.”
The NY Trusts 101 – Spring 2024 will provide the beginner attorney with a clear outline of the uses and structures of the most popular trusts used in Trusts and Estates Practice in New York. Experienced practitioners will focus on providing a fundamental background on nine (9) different trusts. The tax implications of utilizing the trusts in practice will also be reviewed.
