Colleen Spain Appointed to EAC Network Board of Directors

Farrell Fritz is pleased to announce to announce the recent appointment of Colleen Spain to the EAC Network Board of Directors.

EAC Network is a not-for-profit social service agency that empowers, assists, and cares for over 79,000 people in need through 100 programs across the New York region.

Colleen serves as counsel in Farrell Fritz’s Tax practice group, where she advises individuals, businesses, and not-for-profit organizations on a wide range of federal, state, and local tax matters. Her experience includes strategic tax planning, compliance, and guidance on complex transactional issues.
