For more than 20 years, Brian has built a distinguished career representing clients in complex trust and estate disputes.
In addition to his litigation practice, Brian is a frequent lecturer and author on trust and estate matters. He authored “Defensive Estate Planning,” a chapter in Strategies for Trusts and Estates in New York: Leading Lawyers on Analyzing Recent Developments and Navigating the Estate Planning Process in New York, published by Thomson Reuters’ Aspatore Books.
Brian is also a leader within Farrell Fritz, serving on the firm’s Management Committee, and is actively involved in several prominent legal organizations. He is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and a member of its Fiduciary Litigation Committee, Chair of the New York City Bar Association’s Trusts, Estates and Surrogate’s Court Committee, and Co-Chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Section, Estate Litigation Committee.
