Farrell Fritz is pleased to announce that Avigail Goldglancz has joined the firm as a Partner in its Trusts & Estates practice, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities in sophisticated estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, families, and entrepreneurs.
Avigail Goldglancz advises clients across the full spectrum of trusts and estates matters, including estate and tax planning, business succession planning, charitable giving, estate and trust administration, and estate litigation. She works closely with families, founders, and business owners to develop tailored strategies that minimize capital gains, state, and estate taxes while ensuring the smooth and thoughtful transfer of wealth across generations. Avigail is also known for guiding clients through the personal and often complex dynamics that accompany generational wealth planning.
Avigail’s practice includes advising technology founders and early-stage investors on advanced planning strategies, including the strategic use of trusts to maximize the benefits of Section 1202 Qualified Small Business Stock during significant liquidity events. She also designs bespoke asset protection and succession structures for business owners and executives, and regularly represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust administration as well as sensitive Surrogate’s Court proceedings.
Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, Avigail served as trusts and estates counsel to high-net-worth clients in the New York City office of a prominent international law firm.
“Helping families and entrepreneurs preserve and transfer wealth in thoughtful, tax-efficient ways is what drew me to this practice,” Goldglancz said. “Farrell Fritz has an outstanding reputation for providing sophisticated counsel to closely held businesses, founders, and wealthy families. I’m excited to join such a collaborative team and to contribute to the continued growth of the Trusts & Estates practice.”
“Avigail’s experience advising founders, investors, and multi-generational families makes her an outstanding addition to our Trusts & Estates team,” said Robert C. Creighton, managing partner of Farrell Fritz. “As our clients continue to face increasingly complex planning and succession challenges, Avigail’s depth of experience and practical approach will further enhance our ability to deliver high-level planning and advisory services.”
