About Kylie
Kylie R. Springs assists in the representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leases, buyers and sellers of commercial properties, and lenders, both banks and non-bank financing companies, and borrowers that use real estate as collateral. Kylie’s practice covers all stages of these transactions from drafting documents, title review and the due diligence process through negotiations and closing.
Kylie was previously a law clerk at Jaspan Schlesinger and the Law Offices of Schauer & Schauer. She was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
While in law school, Kylie served as the Associate Managing Editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development.
Kylie is currently a board member of The Child Center of New York. Additionally, Kylie currently serves on the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS) Women’s Committee, as well as on the Young Professionals Committee at the Long Island Association (LIA).
