Adam Margulies Joins Farrell Fritz’s Tax Group as Counsel

Farrell Fritz is pleased to welcome Adam Margulies to its Uniondale office as counsel in the Tax group.

Adam brings significant tax law experience advising clients on domestic and international tax matters. He specializes in corporate and partnership taxation, including tax planning, research, advisory services, transaction structuring, tax diligence, restructurings, and modeling. Adam has significant experience conducting both buy- and sell-side tax due diligence. Working alongside clients and their advisors, Adam helps to effectively structure deals to mitigate tax risks and ensure post-deal integration, reporting and compliance.

Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, Adam worked at a boutique tax law firm based in New York City. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s International Tax and Transaction Services group

Earning his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law, Adam is also a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
