Mark Ustin wrote an op-ed on “The Return of Public Health Law” which was published in the Daily News.

He explores what public health law might look like as we continue to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic.

“As we continue to dismantle the politically divisive COVID protocols that have dominated our lives over the past three years and plunge headlong into what appears to be an unusually bad season for flu and other respiratory illnesses — and another COVID spike — it may be a good time to take a step back and think about what we have learned during the pandemic.”
