Katarina Mazzanobile is a real estate attorney who works with owners, developers, and businesses on property transactions and related matters. Working with the firm’s Real Estate team, Katarina conducts legal research, draft contracts, and supports transactions involving the acquisition, development, ownership, and use of real property.
Before law school, Katarina served as Director of Marketing for a Century 21 real estate office, where she established and maintained the office’s local brand, developed marketing strategies, and oversaw communications. This experience gave her a firsthand understanding of the real estate industry, as well as the business considerations involved in owning commercial real estate. Before joining the firm, Katarina served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Ben R. Barbato of the New York Supreme Court, where she conducted legal research and drafted legal memoranda relied upon by the judge in issuing opinions. Katarina was a summer associate at the firm prior to graduating from law school. She also served as a Legal Extern at Louis Vuitton, providing her with an incredible experience during law school.
Katarina is a native Latvian speaker and is also fluent in Spanish. She has taught Spanish to adults with autism through Emory University’s myLIFE Program at the Emory Autism Center.
