Gabriella C. Zolezzi is an associate in the firm’s Tax Group where she advises businesses, individuals, and organizations on tax planning, transactions, and tax controversies.
Before joining Farrell Fritz, Gabriella was an associate in the International Tax Practice at KPMG LLP, where she worked with multinational clients on cross-border tax matters, corporate restructurings, U.S. inbound and outbound operations, and tax considerations related to mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. Her experience also includes serving as an Assistant Law Clerk to the Hon. Francis D. Ricigliano, Supervising Judge of the Nassau County Supreme Court.
Gabriella is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Italian.
