Christina Kort is a corporate lawyer assisting in the firm’s representation of both public and private companies. Christina supports firm clients across all aspects of their businesses, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial transactions and corporate governance matters. She plays a vital role in the due diligence process of prominent transactions, conducts research into relevant laws and regulations, and prepares corporate governance documents.
Christina first joined Farrell Fritz as a law clerk and summer associate. Before joining the firm, she was a legal intern for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and for a matrimonial law firm. While in law school, Christina was the Research Editor for the St. John’s Law Review.
