Robert Harper will be presenting at the Suffolk County Bar Association CLE “Navigating the Digital Frontier: Fiduciary’s Guide to Accessing Digital Assets.”
This program will provide the definition of digital assets under Article 13-A of EPTL and an understanding of fiduciary access to digital assets. You will learn when, how and what digital assets of deceased can be obtained, plus any and all legal issues and drafting considerations for digital assets.
